 An expert on property loss adjustment who you retain to assist and  advise you in preparing, filing and adjusting your insurance claim. 

Are we associated with the Insurance Companies?

NO. Beacon Adjusters is employed by you, the insured. 

How can BEACON PUBLIC ADJUSTERS help you?

We are trained and licensed in handling the many details of an insurance claim. BEACON relives you the burden of dealing with the matters of preparing and filing a claim, and helps you receive a prompt and more favorable settlement. 

Can you prepare your own claim?

Yes. But our ADJUSTERS have the experience and knowledge to assist you in the preparation of estimates, inventory, and of the facts of the loss. We will then meet with your insurance company’s adjuster and settle the claim.

How much do we charge for our service?

We work on a contingency basis. We do not get paid unless you receive compensation from your insurance co. and our fee is taken solely from the insurance amount. There are no out of pocket expenses and our fee varies   depending on the type of damage involved. 

In case of a loss what should I do?

Promptly call BEACON PUBLIC ADJUSTERS. We do the rest!!!

There is no penalty for filing a claim. It is illegal for your insurance company to raise your rates or drop you for filing a claim.
